Confident, Candid, and Completely You!
Avery’s senior photo session was one I’ll never forget. Not only have I had the privilege of being her cheerleading coach for the past few years, but I also get to cheer her on as she heads off to my alma mater, my home among the hills, next week- West Virginia University.
Capturing her senior photos at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania felt like a full-circle moment, and I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this exciting milestone in her life.
One of the most common things I hear from seniors before their session is, “I’m not good in front of the camera.” Spoiler alert: You don’t need to be! Feeling confident during your senior photos isn’t about knowing how to pose or model- it’s about feeling comfortable, supported, and seen. My job as your senior photographer is to guide you every step of the way with natural posing direction, encouragement, and a whole lot of confidence boosts.
From start to finish, your session is built around helping you feel like the very best version of yourself.
Avery came to her session with a great attitude and an open mind, and we created magic together. From soft, timeless shots in the lush gardens to bold, confident poses under the arches and walkways, she totally owned every frame. In addition to having your parent come along, I highly recommend bringing a friend along as your personal hype person. Having someone you trust cheering you on from the sidelines can be a total game-changer when you need a little extra boost.
We moved through Longwood’s stunning grounds with ease, from gardens to stone pathways to fountains, letting Avery’s personality shine in each location. Whether she was laughing mid-spin or serving serious senior energy in her formal outfit, every photo reflected who she is at this exciting moment in her life.
Confidence in front of the camera doesn’t come from being perfect- it comes from being real. I’ll help you pose in a way that feels natural and authentic, and I’ll be your biggest fan behind the lens. Every senior deserves to feel like a million bucks during their session, and that starts with a photographer who knows how to make you feel seen, hyped, and celebrated. Whether you’re camera-shy or a selfie-pro, I’ve got you.
Avery, thank you for trusting me to capture your senior year. Watching you grow into the strong, confident woman you are has been such a joy. I can’t wait to see what you do next at WVU. Let’s Go Mountaineers!
If you’re a high school student in Philadelphia, the Main Line, Wayne, Malvern, West Chester, Phoenixville, Royersford, Chester County, or Montgomery County, I promise you don’t have to “know what you’re doing” to walk away with stunning senior photos you’ll love forever.
